Comfortable workout clothes — gym shorts or sweatpants and a t-shirt are perfect. Bare feet on the mat. Bring a water bottle. No uniform required for the trial week. If you decide to enroll afterward, traditional programs (Kung Fu and Taekwondo) require a uniform (gi) which costs $40-60 from any martial arts supplier.
