The Forge runs martial arts classes five evenings a week in Cheyenne, Wyoming — Monday through Friday. There are five distinct class times split across two weekly tracks: a Monday/Wednesday/Friday traditional and Krav Maga track, and a Tuesday/Thursday self-defense and Muay Thai track. The first week is free for any class.
First week free for all classes. No uniform required to start.
Kids 5-12 typically start in the 5:30 PM Youth & Teens block on Monday/Wednesday/Friday. Teens 13-17 can attend that same block plus the 7:30 PM Krav Maga and the Tuesday/Thursday 6:00 PM self-defense class. Adults usually start with the 6:30 PM Adults Traditional class (Shaolin Kung Fu and ITF Taekwondo blend) or the 7:30 PM Krav Maga depending on whether they want belt progression or pure self-defense. See our programs overview or claim a free trial week to test multiple classes before deciding.
Every class is built for beginners through advanced. Most current students started with zero martial arts background. Wear comfortable workout clothes — no uniform required to start. We will walk you through the warm-up, technique, and partner drills.
Yes. We see kids in the 5:30 PM block while parents wait or warm up, then parents jump into the 6:30 PM Adults Traditional class while kids do homework. Families with 3 or more members enrolled get a 20% discount on the monthly rate. See pricing details.
