- ITF Taekwondo forms and techniques
- Traditional Shaolin Kung Fu elements
- Practical Krav Maga applications
- All-around striking and defense

Our Approach:
This is comprehensive martial arts training. We blend traditional discipline (Taekwondo and Kung Fu) with practical self-defense (Krav Maga). You’ll learn forms, work toward belt ranks if you want, and train techniques that work in real life.
Perfect for adults who want a complete martial arts experience – tradition, fitness, and real-world application.
