Tuesday, Thursday: 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM

Common Attack Defense:

  • Defense against grabs (wrists, arms, shoulders)
  • Choke defense (front and rear)
  • Ground defense and escapes
  • Multiple attacker awareness


Scenario-Based Training:

  • Parking lot situations
  • Home invasion response

  • Stalker/harassment scenarios


Striking Fundamentals:

  • Effective target areas
  • Maximum damage with minimal strength
  • Using your body’s natural weapons
  • Follow-through and escape

Mental Preparation:

  • Overcoming the freeze response
  • Recognizing pre-attack indicators
  • Verbal boundary setting
  • When to fight vs. when to comply


Stress Inoculation:

  • Training under pressure
